Thanksgiving week
No practice this week as many people are out of town or have family obligations.
We’ll start practices back up next Thursday.
Practice this week
There is another event at the church this week so we’ll have to skip Thursday and only play on Sunday (22nd). Playing at 10am at the 4S Ranch Sports Park @ 16118 4S Ranch Parkway which is at the second parking lot.
Bring your friends, enemies, in a chair or able-bodied so we can get some full court play going. And as always, please let us know if you’ll be playing with us so we bring all of the gear and have enough chairs to go around. We’re having more able bodied players than wheelchair players right now. It would be great to switch that to have more wheelchairs playing with us again. We’re working on some exciting new competitions, but we need to bring up the number of wheelchairs that are actually playing with us.
Hope to see everybody soon.
Practice for the second week in November
We’re only playing on Thursday (12th) this week. We’ll be playing at 6:30pm this Thursday at Christ Lutheran Church in La Mesa. The address is 7929 La Mesa Blvd and we’ll be using the gym there.
Many of us are taking part in the Silver Strand Half-Marathon on Sunday. It’s a really fun race with a lot of handcyclists and chair racers out there. It ends up being a fundraiser for the HeadNorth Foundation which helps the newly injured get back into life and the seasoned vets in a chair to continue excelling in life

Practice schedule for the first week of November
We’re back at it again, playing on Thursday (5th) and Sunday (8th). We’ll be playing at 6:30pm this Thursday at Christ Lutheran Church in La Mesa. The address is 7929 La Mesa Blvd and we’ll be using the gym there. Now we just need more people for each day. Sunday we’ll be doing the usual. Playing at 10am at the 4S Ranch Sports Park @ 16118 4S Ranch Parkway which is at the second parking lot.
We had 8 people on Thursday and 9 people playing on Sunday, which was awesome. We need just a few more bodies to go full court. We’re working on getting some more people to come out and play with us, but we need you to talk with your friends about coming out to play with us. That’s the only way we can make this thing grow!

We have planned our first camp up in San Jose in March and we’re trying to put together an exhibition for December or January. Very cool stuff!!! Check back to see what we have going on. We’re also putting together some how to videos to help everybody get better. You can check out all of our videos on YouTube.
Hope to see everybody soon.
