Pool Play: Teams are divided into 2 evenly matched pools based on the final results from 2024. Teams will receive 2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, and 0 points for a loss during Pool Play.

Playoff Round: Following Pool Play, teams will be divided into 2 separate playoff brackets based on the total # of points earned and Tiebreakers (if necessary).

Tiebreakers: (1) Head-to-Head, (2) Goals Against, (3) Penalty Minutes, (4) Goal Differential, (5) Coin Flip.
